It is essential to accept the Terms of Use and General Conditions of Batom e Cia, which is essential for using the website to advertise products and services. The Advertiser must read, make sure they understand and accept all the conditions established in the Terms of Use, as well as in other documents incorporated therein by reference, before registering as an Advertiser on our Platform.
01 - Object
The services covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Use consist of offering the Advertiser a space to announce their intention to sell or purchase products or services to other users of Batom e Cia, enabling Advertisers and Buyers to get to know each other and allowing them to negotiate with each other directly, without any intervention from Batom e Cia in finalizing the deals.
02 - Ability to register
Batom e Cia services are only available to people who have the legal capacity to hire them. Therefore, people who do not have this capacity, including minors, or people who have been disqualified from Batom e Cia, temporarily or permanently, cannot use them.
03 - Registration
Completing all mandatory registration fields is an essential condition for using Batom e Cia services, as an Advertiser. The future Advertiser must complete it with accurate, precise and truthful information, and undertakes to update the registration data whenever any changes occur. Batom e Cia reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify its Advertisers.
Batom e Cia is not responsible for the Personal Data entered by its Advertisers. Advertisers guarantee and respond, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of the registered Personal Data.
Batom e Cia reserves the right to request additional data and documents that it deems to be pertinent in order to verify the Personal Data provided, as well as to disqualify, temporarily or definitively, the Advertiser who presents any untrue information or that Batom e Cia does not be able to contact to verify the data. When canceling the Advertiser's registration, the products and/or offers conveyed by the Advertiser will automatically be cancelled, and for this reason the Advertiser will not receive any type of compensation or reimbursement.
The Advertiser will access their account via EMAIL and PASSWORD and undertakes not to inform third parties of this data, being fully responsible for the use made of them. The Advertiser undertakes to notify Batom e Cia immediately, and through secure means, regarding any unauthorized use of their Account, as well as unauthorized access by third parties to it.
LOGINs considered offensive will be deleted. Batom e Cia reserves the right to refuse any registration request and to cancel a previously accepted registration, at its sole discretion.
The Advertiser agrees that Batom e Cia, at its free discretion, may cancel its password, its account or part thereof or the use of the Service and remove or discard any content, including, but not limited to, due to lack of use or if the Batom e Cia believes that the Advertiser is violating or acting contrary to the letter and spirit of the Terms of Service.
The Advertiser agrees that the termination of their access to the Service, for any reason contained in these Terms of Use of the Service, may occur without prior notification and acknowledges and agrees that Batom e Cia may deactivate or delete their account and all information and data contained in this account and/or block access to such files or the Service.
04 - Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions
Batom e Cia may change, at any time, these General Terms and Conditions, aiming to improve and improve the services provided. The new Terms and Conditions will come into force two days after they are published on the website. Within 1 (one) day from the publication of the changes, the Advertiser must communicate by email, clicking here, if they do not agree with the changed terms. The Advertiser may offer products or services for sale in their respective categories and subcategories. The advertisement may contain texts, descriptions and photos of the product offered, provided that such practice does not violate any provision of this contract or other Batom e Cia policies.
